                                    Artichoke Parmesan Dip

This recipe never fails to be the hit at the party.  I haven’t made this in years but I brought this to the family Thanksgiving dinner yesterday. Even finicky kids loved this! And so simple to make as well!

1 can artichoke hearts

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup parmesan cheese

2 TBSP lemon juice

Put everything in a food processor.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with chips or crusty bread.
