#45 on 2013 Big Eat 7×7 100 Things to Eat in San Francisco Before You Die

DUCK LARB at Lers Ros Thai $10.95

Larb Phed Yang ลาบเป็ดย่าง
A chunk of roasted duck mixed with rice powder, chili powder and lime based salad dressing.

Oh, so deliciously savory, slightly sweet with a very mild hint of tang. The crispy duck skin is a nice treat right next to the tender and juicy duck meat. The roasted chiles deliver an unexpected strong kick while the cold cabbage for wrapping the larb cools one’s tastebuds.

Highly addicting! SF 7×7 is so right on on this one!
